Louis CONNIER est né en 1999 à Rouen, au cœur de la Normandie. Il est l’arrière-petit-fils de Charles CONNIER, agent immobilier à Paris entre les années 1950 et 1970, et de Charles CORRUBLE, officier de la Légion d'honneur, marin au long cours, cap-hornier, terre-neuvas et engagé parmi les Français Libres pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Héritier de cette ancrage familial mêlant exigence, engagement et esprit d’aventure, Louis grandit dans le Pays de Caux, entre campagne et littoral, où règnent patrimoine, histoire et enracinement. Après avoir obtenu une licence d’Histoire à la Sorbonne, il choisit de revenir sur sa terre natale, animé par l’envie de contribuer à son développement et de valoriser son patrimoine. En 2022, il intègre donc naturellement CANY IMMOBILIER, prolongeant ainsi l’histoire familiale avec passion et sérieux. Fils cadet de Jean-Charles et Patricia CONNIER, tous deux investis dans l’immobilier en Normandie depuis près de trois décennies, Louis a toujours baigné dans cet univers. Aujourd’hui, il met son énergie, sa rigueur et sa parfaite connaissance du territoire au service de l’entreprise familiale qu’il a vue grandir. Avec pour ambition d'offrir un accompagnement humain et engagé à tous ceux qui souhaitent s’installer ou investir en Normandie.
Louis CONNIER was born in 1999 in Rouen, in the heart of Normandy. He is the great-grandson of Charles CONNIER, a real estate agent in Paris from the 1950s to the 1970s, and of Charles CORRUBLE, an Officer of the Legion of Honour, deep-sea sailor, Cape Horner, Grand Banks fisherman, and member of the Free French Forces during World War II. As an heir to this family heritage built on commitment, high standards, and a spirit of adventure, Louis grew up in the Pays de Caux, between countryside and coastline, in a region rich in history, heritage, and deep roots. After earning a degree in History from the Sorbonne, he chose to return to his native land, driven by the desire to contribute to its development and highlight its cultural wealth. In 2022, he naturally joined CANY IMMOBILIER, thus continuing the family story with passion and dedication. The youngest son of Jean-Charles and Patricia CONNIER, both established real estate professionals in Normandy for over twenty years, Louis has been immersed in the world of real estate from an early age. Today, he brings his energy, discipline, and in-depth knowledge of the region to the service of the family business he has always known. His ambition is to carry on offering committed, human-centered guidance to all those wishing to settle or invest in Normandy.
